What you'll do
KLABU builds sports clubhouses in refugee camps and cities around the world — giving refugees the tools to find joy, pride, and hope through sport and community. Their Amsterdam clubhouse on Haarlemmerdijk is open to everyone: locals and newcomers train together in weekly sessions covering gym workouts and outdoor classes, all free of charge.
You show up, you move, you meet people. No experience needed, no barriers. Just sport as a shared language.
What it takes
- Based in Amsterdam
- Up for one hour a week — or more when you feel like it
- Open to a mixed group of locals, newcomers, and refugees
- Dutch, English, or Arabic all work fine
