What you'll do

Every Tuesday evening and Saturday morning you lace up with a mixed group of status holders and Amsterdam locals for a structured running session in Vondelpark. No race times, no pace pressure — just movement, conversation, and the kind of belonging that comes from shared effort. Volunteers help with logistics, warm-ups, and making sure no one runs alone.

What it takes

  • Comfortable running at a conversational pace for 5–8 km
  • Friendly and welcoming to people of all fitness levels and backgrounds
  • Available for at least one of the two weekly sessions consistently
